08/13/2014 the Stanislaus Consolidated Fire Department responded to a report of a structure fire. On scene they found a liquor store and a cell phone store involved in fire. A total of 9 agencies assisted in the operations. The two stores involved are a loss. A connecting church sustained water and smoke damage.
No injuries were reported.
Detroit Firefighters were called on the scene of 6380 Hazlett St For a reported dwelling fire on the night of July 5th. This was a very busy night for Detroit firefighters as the Department was stretched to there maximum limits! This was a vacant Dwelling Going throughout. Going Throughout Is the term in Detroit for Fully Involved.

For the 3rd time in 4 yrs, a major fire has struck the MacKenzie Mill in North Surrey. An engine company was called to the scene for reports of an electrical wire down only to arrive to a large working fire at the mill. The incident was quickly escalated to a 3rd alarm bringing about 30 firefighters to the scene. The mill was in the process of renovations and rebuilding from the previous fire in Jan 2011. No word on a cause for this latest fire.

Feb 8th, 2015 – 10619 King George Blvd @ 10:30PM
Appears a barber shop/salon fully involved on arrival of fire crews.
Fire started in a Mexican restaurant and spread from there. A clothing store was also gutted in the blaze.
2nd alarm quickly called and 20+ Firefighters battled the intense blaze. No word on a cause yet, but it pointing towards an electrical issue.
May17th 2015 @ 4:00am – 221st St & 49th Ave in Langley Twp, British Columbia
Apartment building under construction fully involved spreading to an occupied apt behind it.
Additional firefighters were called to the scene as well as police officers from other cities to assist in the evacuations
A police officer collapsed at the scene and was taken away by BCAS
No word on a cause, but it is being treated as suspicious.

April 6th 2015 – 1473 Gulf Rd @ 9:40 PM
Point Roberts Fire Dept responded to a fully involved commercial building fire.
The Battalion Chief requested a 2nd alarm & Mutual Aid from Delta, BC Canada FD and from North Whatcom Fire Rescue which responded from Blaine.
The fire was at Ridek Storage, multiple classic cars and other vehicles were destroyed as well. No word on a cause and if there were any injuries. The structure is a complete loss.

1-11-2017 Los Angeles Firefighters first on scene at 1417 N. Main Street in Chinatown reported heavy smoke showing from a complex of one story commercials. Firefighters attacking the fire at “Hocean Food Corporation” had heavy fire in a one story 50 by 200 ft. commercial building extending to a second large commercial building. As the building became unstable, Firefighters were ordered out. Firefighters then went into defensive mode attacking the fire with numerous handlines from outside. The building’s metal roof collapsed during the firefight. 75 LAFD Firefighters brought this Major Emergency Blaze under control in a little over an hours time. There were no reported injuries, the cause of the late night fire is under investigation. – MNR –
